Overview of the role:
As a Service Advisor, you embody the essence of our brand and division for our valued customers. Your role is central to fostering robust customer relations, ensuring a seamless and positive end-to-end Aftersales customer journey.
What you will do:
- Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Achieve financial objectives by strategically upselling and controlling discounts to meet monthly revenue targets.
- Actively engage with customers, providing consultations on their needs and service requirements throughout the entire service process, ensuring the vehicle is fixed right the first time.
- Coordinate with the Production Team to provide timely progress updates to customers, maintaining on-time delivery commitments.
- Ensure comprehensive communication during vehicle delivery, explaining all work performed and associated costs to enhance customer understanding.
- Effectively sell service contracts to retail and fleet customers, maximizing success ratios.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, Company policies, and Distributor Programs to ensure consistency in the customer experience.
- Engage with customers through daily calls, emails, and visits for potential business opportunities and to increase VIN Inflow.
