About the Client:
A Dubai based international shipping vessel agency servicing Africa and Europe
Job Description:
- Prepare and manage all required shipping documentation, such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Issue DA (Documents against Acceptance) in order for invoices to be kept on track for every shipping transaction as per company’s guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
- Coordinate the booking of cargo space with shipping lines, airlines, or freight forwarders.
- Determine the most cost-effective and efficient shipping routes and methods for each shipment.
