BG Global Recruitment is recruiting for a well-reputed Food Manufacturing Company in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Trainee Process Operator to handle semi-automatic and manual deboning processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the meat and poultry processing industry and a strong understanding of food safety, equipment handling, and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
– Operate semi-automatic and manual deboning processes efficiently.
– Read and understand complex equipment manuals and standard operational procedures.
– Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures diligently.
– Conduct regular machine condition checks.
– Perform preventive maintenance based on PM checklists.
– Prepare materials and assemble equipment before starting the line.
– Monitor production equipment and adjust parameters as per standard protocols.
– Assist with minor maintenance during troubleshooting and repairs.
– Report any non-conformance related to process, safety, or food quality.
– Support the production supervisor in meeting the schedule.
– Complete and interpret control charts accurately.
– Manage material ordering and inventory.
– Minimize product loss, waste, scrap, and rework.
Requirements- Minimum 7 years of production experience in the Meat & Poultry Processing Industry.
– At least 5 years as an Operator/Technician in multinational companies
– Diploma or High School qualification.
– Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
