Job Description:
Greet and assist customers, take food and drink orders, and provide excellent service throughout their dining experience.
Understand the menu, ingredients, and specials to answer customer questions and make recommendations.
Ensure accurate order input and delivery and handle any special requests or dietary restrictions.
Set up and clear tables, maintain cleanliness, and assist with basic dining area tasks.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow waitstaff to ensure efficient and enjoyable dining service.
